Please come with good vibes and set positive intentions for your experience during this sound bath. We look forward to seeing you all. Attendees are asked to bring their own medication and ID. The Details
You may want to focus on something new or something in a different way.
What To Wear: comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Most guests go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks or comfortable shoes.
What To Bring: your own cannabis, a water bottle to keep you hydrated, extra layers to cozy up in after class and Yoga mats. We recommend that you bring a blanket.
When to Arrive: by 6:30pm to get settled in your preferred spot.
